Whenever possible we will ask you to attend appointments at the surgery as we have full access to your medical records and treatment facilities. You are usually able to be seen sooner at the surgery, as we can see three or four patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.

If you are not well enough to attend the surgery please try to phone before 11:00am. If you are not sure whether you need a visit, reception can arrange for you to get advice from one of the doctors. If the doctor feels your problems would be dealt with appropriately within the surgery, then you will be offered an appointment and the home visit request declined.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a time for the home visit.
